The Apex PumpBuddy is designed for tanks supplied by a pump, where improved water-level control can improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary pump starts.
Unlike a basic float valve that simply shuts off at one set level, the Apex Pump Buddy works as a high-volume tank inlet control device that helps manage both minimum and maximum water levels inside the tank. This allows the pump to operate in a more efficient full-on / full-off cycle, which can help reduce short cycling, lower power use, and support longer pump life in the right setup.
The PumpBuddy range is available in three sizes and two tail configurations to suit different installations: 32mm, 25mm & 20mm and standard or long tail.
