6.5 Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to your specified address. However, title in the products remains with Valve Warehouse until full payment is received and cleared. 2. Returns

All stocked items from Valve Warehouse Australia are able to be returned if you have ordered the wrong item or ordered by mistake, subject to the below conditions. To return your items please contact us via phone or email to discuss your options.

Domestic and International returns are happily accepted within 30 days of receiving the order providing goods are still in brand new condition and in original packaging. Please ensure returned items are packaged appropriately to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping of returned items will need to be paid by the customer unless the return is due to a mistake by Valve Warehouse Australia or is a warranty return which is valid and accepted by us. We reserve the right to deduct the initial shipping costs from any refund issued in connection with a return or cancellation.

Once the item has been received by Valve Warehouse Australia we will process the refund or credit to the customer’s chosen payment method at no charge.

We provide a full manufacturer’s warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase. If your product is found to be defective due to improper workmanship or materials during this period, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace or refund the product.
Note: Certain manufacturer brands may include longer warranties. For example, Philmac products may come with an extended warranty beyond 2 years, as specified by the manufacturer.

2.2 Parts Availability:

If specific parts or materials are no longer available, we will use equivalent substitutes or offer an alternative product.
