AVG Tempering Valve with Insulation Lead Free (Yellow Cap)

The AVG tempering valve c/w insulation is a standard yellow cap tempering valve designed to blend hot and cold supply water to a set mixed outlet temperature for domestic style hot water plumbing. It comes with an insulation jacket and a compact DR bronze body, plus integral non return valves and integral 60 mesh stainless steel line strainers to help protect the internal parts from backflow and debris. WaterMark certification for use on plumbing installations.

Commissioning features are built in for on-site set up:

• factory set outlet temperature 50°C,
• adjustable outlet temperature 40°C to 50°C,
• cap reduces accidental adjustment and includes the adjustment tool moulded into the cap,
• temperature control performance tested to AS 4032.2 with ±3°C accuracy from the set temperature.
