Plumma’s PVC Pressure Pipe Glue Clear

Plumma’s Clear Glue Type P Solvent Cement is a specially formulated resin-based solvent cement developed for joining PVC-U pipe and fittings in pressure applications. It is designed to create strong, durable and waterproof bonds when used in accordance with standard jointing practices.

This Type P solvent cement is suited to a wide range of installations including irrigation systems, water reticulation, swimming pools and spas, and other pressurised fluid lines. Its slower setting formulation compared to fast-set alternatives allows for controlled assembly, making it easier to achieve accurate joint alignment during installation.

Once cured, the adhesive forms a high-strength bond capable of handling pressure systems across residential, commercial and industrial environments. Performance data indicates strong joint development over time, with increasing strength as curing progresses.

Plumma’s PVC Pressure Pipe Glue Type P is manufactured to meet Australian Standards, including AS/NZS 3879 for solvent cements and AS/NZS 4020 for potable water applications.
