Our high-quality liquid-filled vacuum pressure gauge is designed to accurately measure water pressure and air pressure that is lower than the ambient atmospheric pressure. It functions as a dual scale Kpa/PSI pressure gauge, making it versatile for various applications. With a pressure range of -100 kpa (-15 psi) to 0 kpa, this gauge allows for precise measurements in negative values.
The body of the pressure gauge is made of durable stainless steel, ensuring its longevity and resistance to corrosion. It is manufactured with a 100mm (4) dial, making it easy to read and interpret the measurements. The bottom entry of the gauge features a 3/8 BSP connection, providing a secure and reliable connection point.
- 100mm diameter Dial / Face
- Bottom Entry with 10mm (3/8″) Brass Tapered BSP Thread
- Glycerine Filled
- Stainless Steel Case
- Application: Pressure measurement in water lines, pumps and most general applications
When it comes to quality, our pressure gauge is top-notch. It is factory-accredited with CE, ISO 9001, and TUV certifications, ensuring its compliance with international standards. These accreditations guarantee that the gauge meets strict quality control measures and will perform reliably and accurately.
The model range for our liquid-filled vacuum pressure gauge is VACLF100, with a pressure range of -100 to 0 kpa. The gauge has an accuracy of +/- 2.5%, ensuring precise readings. The work pressure is set at 3/4 of the full scale, while the fluctuating pressure is set at 2/3 of the full scale. It can handle short-time pressures up to the full scale without any issues.
Operating within a temperature range of -10°C to 60°C, our pressure gauge is suitable for a wide range of environments. It is designed to be compatible with both gases and liquids, making it versatile in its applications. The housing is made of 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh conditions. The window is constructed of polycarbonate, providing clear visibility of the dial.
